EXCLUSIVE: Judy Greer (White House Plumbers) is joining season 2 of The Last Thing He Told Me, the sequel to the Apple series from Josh Singer, bestselling author Laura Dave, executive producers Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter, and star/EP Jennifer Garner.

Greer will recur in an undisclosed role alongside Garner, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Angourie Rice and David Morse, who are set to reprise their roles for season two. The Last Thing He Told Me is a dramatic thriller that follows Hannah Hall (Garner), a woman who must forge a relationship with her 16-year-old stepdaughter Bailey (Rice) in order to find the truth about why her husband has mysteriously disappeared. The complete first season of the 2023 series is now streaming on Apple.

Aaron Zelman is joining the upcoming season as co-showrunner and executive producer. Daisy von Scherler Mayer and Merri Howard will serve as executive producers for season two on the series from 20th Television and Hello Sunshine.

Greer recently wrapped the Stampede Ventures feature The Fisherwoman alongside Emma Thompson, and will next be seen starring in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever for Lionsgate. She’s repped by Artists First, CAA and Felker Toczek Suddleson McGinnis Ryan LLP.
