‘Deal Or No Deal Island’ Reveals Debut Date & Season 2 Trailer; ‘Big Brother’s Dr. Will Kirby Demonstrates How He’s Obnoxious As Ever

NBC has dropped the latest trailer for season 2 of Deal or No Deal Island, which will once again assemble a bunch of infamous reality stars who will battle it out for a big cash prize.

The reality show returns Jan. 7 with a two-hour premiere. The series will move to its regular timeslot at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Jan. 14. All episodes will be available to stream next day on Peacock. 

 Among the 14 “islanders” vying for the prize money are Survivor‘s Parvati Shallow, Survivor Australia’s David Genat, and Big Brother’s Dr. Will Kirby — who remains as confident as he is, well, obnoxious.

Oh, and a showmance supposedly brews in the new season.

For the uninitiated, Deal or No Deal Island hides with more than $200 million in prize money split between them. In each episode, players compete in challenges to secure the briefcases that will be used in that night’s game of “Deal or No Deal.” The player who snags the highest-value case gains immunity and gets to choose a fellow player to enter The Temple.”   

 The winnings from each game of will be added to a group pot that will grow throughout the season. The last player standing will face the Banker to potentially win the biggest prize in Deal or No Deal history.
