Pete Davidson looks unrecognizable without any tattoos in new photos

Pete Davidson has bid his tattoos farewell and is showing off his fresh look in a new ad campaign.
In photos for clothing brand Reformation, Davidson, 31, sported his newly cleared skin after announcing in January that he had over 100 tattoos removed from his body.
While appearing on TODAY on Jan. 31, the comedian explained his decision behind the major removal.
“I got sober and I saw myself in the mirror, and I was like, ‘Nah.’ I was like, ‘I need to change it up a little bit,’” Davidson said, adding that he’s been slowly having his tattoos removed since 2020.
In one photo for the February ad campaign, which deems him “The official boyfriend of Reformation,” Davidson smiled wearing white underwear, a white T-shirt and white sneakers.

Other shots include Davidson lounging shirtless in low-rise slacks and wearing an “official boyfriend” crewneck with an animal-print purse.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum reportedly revealed in 2020 while speaking in a Q&A for his film “The King of Staten Island” that he was removing his tattoos.
At the time, film critic Mike McGranaghan confirmed the news on X after being on a panel with the movie’s cast.
“Just attended a virtual Q&A with the Judd Apatow and the cast of THE KING OF STATEN ISLAND. And here’s a scoop: Pete Davidson is in the process of getting all his tattoos removed!” he wrote.
Davidson later confirmed his plans during a May 2021 appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” explaining at the time that he wanted to remove the tattoos for the sake of his career.
“I honestly never thought that I would get the opportunity to act and I love it a lot,” he said at the time. “You have to get there three hours earlier to cover all your tattoos, because for some reason, people in movies, they don’t have that much.”
In July 2021, Davidson told People TV that he was seeing results of his tattoo removal efforts.
“They said by the time I’m 30, they should all be gone,” he said. “So they got, like, two more years left of this.”
