Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt gives birth to baby No. 3! Everything to know about her and actor Chris Pratt’s family
Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt and Chris Pratt welcomed their third child together, a baby boy named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt, on Nov. 8.
“We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. Mama and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful,” Love, Katherine and Chris,” the couple wrote on Instagram on Nov. 11.
When Schwarzenegger Pratt and Pratt married in 2019, the couple had already begun building a family with Pratt’s son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Anna Faris. In the years since, the couple’s family has continued to grow.
In January 2024, “The Garfield Movie” star shared a rare photo of all three of his kids having breakfast together.
“Breakfast is served!” Pratt captioned his Jan. 9 Instagram story.

Lyla Maria, born August 2020
One year after they were married, Pratt proudly announced the birth of his and Schwarzenegger Pratt’s first child together. On Instagram, the actor shared that he and his wife were “beyond thrilled” to welcome their newborn with a post featuring a photo of their daughter holding onto her mother’s fingers.
“Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt,” the post reads. “We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed. Love Katherine and Chris.”
Eloise Christina, born May 2022
The couple welcomed their second child, a girl, on May 21, 2022, with a post on Instagram revealing that they had named her Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt.
“Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt,” Schwarzenegger Pratt wrote in her announcement. “We feel beyond blessed and grateful.”
Ford Fitzgerald, born November 2024
The couple were both on TODAY Oct. 17 for different reasons and shared insight about their then-baby-on-the-way.
Schwarzenegger Pratt, who was reporting on sibling rivalry from Los Angeles, jokingly told her husband, “I just hope to not go into labor before you get home.”
Pratt, on his end, was in Studio 1A in New York City alongside costar Millie Bobby Brown for their film “The Electric State.” In a later chat about their movie, Pratt shared that they don’t know the gender of their baby.
“I have a feeling. I have an intuition but I won’t say it now in case I’m wrong and this child sees this,” he said at the time.
On Nov. 11, the couple announced their child’s arrival on Instagram, confirming that they welcomed a baby boy whom they named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt on Nov. 8, 2024.
“We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. Mama and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful,” the said in a joint statement. “Love, Katherine and Chris.”
Jack, born August 2012
Before marrying his second wife, Pratt was married to “Overboard” actor Anna Faris. The couple divorced in 2018, six years after welcoming their son, Jack.
Four years after welcoming his son, the “Guardians of the Galaxy” star reflected on Jack’s birth with a post on Instagram, writing, “As many of you may know, our son Jack was just over 3 pounds when he was born… Thanks to scientific advances made possible by March of Dimes funding, today he’s a perfectly healthy, curious 4-year-old.”
