Performers and celebrities who will be attending the annual parade were announced Nov. 1 on TODAY. Actor Alison Brie will cut the ribbon to kick off the parade, which will take place Thursday, November 28 at 8:30 a.m. ET, marking the 98th year of the event.

This year’s parade is a true team effort, thanks to the 5,000 volunteers helping to make it the biggest one yet. There will also be 17 featured character balloons, 22 floats, 15 heritage and novelty balloons, more than 700 clowns, 11 marching bands, 10 performance groups and musical artists.
