Pete Davidson Makes ‘Saturday Night Live’ Return For Another John Mulaney Musical Sketch
Pete Davison made a surprise return to Saturday Night Live for yet another musical sketch with John Mulaney.
It’s become somewhat of a tradition for the pair, who added to their repertoire of musical sketches with “Port Authority Duane Reade.” Davidson starred in the sketch with Andrew Dismukes as two men who enter the Port Authority Duane Reade to buy a couple of odd items. The employee, played by Mulaney, is taken aback when Davidson asks for a gallon of milk.
“You mean the gallon of milk surrounded by cans of Twisted iced tea in the fridge that’s hotter than the store?” Mulaney asks. Dismukes also points out that buying milk from a gas station is probably a bad idea, but Davidson is relentless. Cue the first musical moment.
Kenan Thompson and Ego Nwodim then appeared dressed as possums to sing a twisted version of “Circle of Life” with new lyrics, alluding that the milk in that jug behind the counter had come from them.
Andy Samberg also made an appearance in the sketch, playing a dead baby bear that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. left in Central Park.
